Skill and mental empowerment programs

Basic Infrastructural development

Offering help and support to the less privileged is a fundamental expression of human kindness and solidarity. Our Projects

THE TRAIN-UP A CHILD PROJECT

The Train-up a child project is a comprehensive initiative aimed at nurturing and developing the potential of children and young people up to the age of 25. Train-up a child seeks to empower children to reach their full potential and become productive members of society.

WEFIX PROJECT:

This project fixes dilapidating public infrastructures in the five key areas of Water, education, health, and market (WEHRAM) and builds new projects in the communities where there is none.

VULNERABLE PEOPLE’S PROJECT

This project assists the poor, vulnerable and people living with disabilities. It provides the needs of the poor and indigent in the society

Leadership Structure

The leadership structure of the Linkage Charity Foundation

The board of directors or trustees is responsible for providing strategic direction, governance oversight, and ensuring the organization's mission and objectives are being met. Our Trustees are made of individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise who provide guidance and make high-level decisions.

The executive leadership team comprises top-level executives who oversee the organization's day-to-day operations and implement the board's strategic decisions.

We have separate leadership for each project we run such as the Wefix, Train-up a child, and the vulnerable people’s project. In addition, we have departmental leadership (such as programs, finance, marketing, human resources, etc.), there are leaders or managers responsible for managing teams, implementing strategies, and achieving departmental goals.

These are the employees and team members, who carry out the organization's mission, deliver programs and services, manage day-to-day tasks, and contribute to achieving the organization's objectives.

We have advisory boards composed of external experts, stakeholders, and community members who provide advice, insights, and support to the leadership team and the organization as a whole.
